It's time to get healthy folks. Or if you already are healthy, let's stay healthy. This is going to be my challenge of the year. :)This year, getting healthy is an important goal for me and to get there I am getting some help.

Now there are a number of ways you can work on getting healthy but overall the key is to eat right and exercise. And I, personally, think that everyone has to find what works for them. Also, I don't think that you can force someone to get healthy, but you can of course encourage them.
What I am doing right now is for the next three weeks I am going
no low carbs and no sugar. On the exercise front, plenty of cardio and exercise are in my future. It's not just about losing weight but getting fit and healthy.
